Team and development process (ALM)

Michel has solid experience with teaching/coaching development organizations on Application Life Cycle Management (ALM) as well as implementing and customizing ALM tools such as Microsoft Team System.

Michel has worked with Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF), the default process models in Microsoft Team System, since 1997. Apart from working with MSF in projects, Michel is a certified MSF instructor and as such he has trained and mentored development teams and consulting organizations including Microsoft Consulting Services.

Michel also has hands-on experience from projects using numerous other processes such as Scrum, Prince2, RUP, XP etc.
